Wrexham Lager now at White Lion

Wrexham Lager is back.

Since the sad day it was closed down in 2000 by Carling, a lot of people have missed the great taste of Wrexham Lager; now it is back and available at the White Lion.

Wrexham Lager is Britain’s oldest lager, the brewery being originally founded in 1882 by German immigrants who were trying to reproduce the lager taste from their homeland.

The new company was formed last year by former employees and the White Lion is proud to be one of their outlets.

Simon commented that customers have welcomed the revival of this great tasting lager as a refreshing change from what is available from the mega international brewers.
