Simon and Nina’s daughter Esme, together with her boyfriend Jason, took part if the Prudential Ride London 100 mile cycle race last Sunday and both finished in just under 6hours.
In completing the race Esme raised £1000 through sponsorship for The Brain Tumour Charity in memory of her late grandmother Vera and she would like to thank everyone who supported her.
When the idea of taking part was first mentioned she wondered if she could do it but threw herself into the venture which gusto, doing longer and longer practice rides to increase her fitness.
