We are pleased to welcome back to the White Lion on a temporary close season transfer deal ex chef Joe Ratherham, who now works at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United.
Many of you will remember Joe worked for us for over 10 yrs before moving to the big city.
Joe will be joining our now head chef the other Joe, Joe Brown, who he helped train, for several shifts during the summer and we are pleased to see him back in Llanelian, hopefully with lots of new menu ideas for you to experience.
